If you are an average student and do not want to take risk, the pursue B.Com and then you can continue pursuing CA. Else you can directly go with CA.

Admission process: Admissions are done through counseling conducted by CGVYAPAM prepared based on CG PET merit list /rank obtained in JEE Mains. It is the admission procedure, there is no such criteria mentioned in the college website regarding class 12th marks, but if you have scored more than 60% in your class 12th, then you need not to worry. BBM mostly has theoretical subjects. B.Com is the course which is more relevant to CA as it has accounting and financial management subjects.

If you are looking for teaching career in finance then MBA finance followed by PhD will be a good option. Most B-schools give teaching opportunities to PhD graduates. A good teaching experience with good project works, one can easily get teaching opportunities in top universities of the world.

Go ahead with CA as it is the best option in the current scenario. Look at the long term, CA will be the best for you. There is no guarantee of anything but CA is yielding good results from many years.
