Most of my friends doing integrated M.Com from Tezpur University, and most of them prepared for their entrance by going through their class 12th accounting books. All you have to do is, be well acquainted with the basics of the accounting and maybe whatever you were taught in class 12th and class 11th accounting classes. Go through them clearly, understand the concepts clearly and the basics clearly. All the best for the entrance.

After B.Com, you are eligible for entrance exams for various types of jobs like, for civil services, for Defense services, for Bank P. O. exam and for Railway job through RRB. So, if you meet otherwise, all other conditions, you should go for according to your suitability. But, Bank P O job will be the best.

All about SIMSREE, It is known as second best college through CET score after JBIMS and second best in (ROI) Return of Investment after FMS Delhi. The fees are INR 67,000/- for open category but as you are SC category your fees would be merely INR 6000/- for one year. There is library fee of 2K included in your 6000 Rs which you get back by end of the MBA course. The courses offered are MS and PGDBM (Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR and Systems) in affiliation with Mumbai University. The placement scenarios are quite complicated here, average stipends for internships is 10-15k/ month and for placements majority is between 8.
