The minimum eligibility criteria for WCC for B.Com (General) is 65% Marks in Core Papers in Higher Secondary or equivalent with Accountancy & Commerce.
The cutoff of this college is goes too high and someone who score above 95% can think about the admission.

For general category student, the cutoff is 90 percent and for SC category student the cutoff is 55 percent.

No, it is impossible. You have to get good rank in AUCET. So that you will get admission based on counselling process. Your percentage does not matter, your AUCET rank matters though.
