Definitely, you can prefer correspondence MBA if you will pursue SAP certification and other computing certifications along with your job, so it may add an advantage to you. If you can manage time then give preference to full time regular MBA for better career opportunities.

Tally is very small when compared to SAP, as SAP users are employed in big companies like Apple, General Mills, Caterpiller, BMW, etc. SAP is a better option as Tally is almost obsolete now.

SAP FICO is a completely different module and experience. The training in SAP FICO is done mostly to gain entry into the business world. An educational qualification like B.Sc. Would not affect your knowledge gained in a SAP FICO course, and would not help other than working knowledge of computers.

Go for SAP course, since now a days SAP is the mostly used accounting software it's far better than tally, course of tally is now wasting time but if you do course of SAP its advantageous when you will go in industry for job as well it will add up value to your current profile.

No, sorry. You cannot have a graduation degree just by completing 1 year of course. You can have your first year marksheet only, that too if you have given the examinations.
