Hi Heena,
Yes, you can pursue B.Com from Hansraj College, and the required percentage is more than 96 percent. Maths is required if you want to apply for B.Com (Hons), but not for simple B.Com. So, you can easily apply in B.Com course. Good luck.

Basically, UGC had recommend that minimum 50 percent for general category and 45 percent for reserved category. But, it will depend on the college that whether they will give you a chance. All the best.

It will cost you around INR. 70,000 per year for this course from Dayananda Sagar University. This is the fees for the last year. This time, there might be some slight changes in fee structure. For that, you have to directly contact to college authorities.

No, for doing B.Com in Xavier's there is no need of mathematics. You only need to have done your 12th with minimum 60%.
