Total fees for CA Intermediate single group is Rs 28200 (for Foundation route), Total fees for CA Inter both groups are Rs 33400 (for foundation route), and total fees for direct entry route is Rs 33600. As in my point of view, you're not eligible for DU because B.Com cut-off is very high, approximately above 90%. So, not for this university you're eligible for GGSIPU, AMU, JMI, etc.

No hostel is provided for boys. Hostel and accomedation is provided only for girls with good facilities. Boys have to arrange independent PGs or rooms at surround college location.

Yes, you can prepare for UGC NET in commerce subject for teaching in university level which will bring you good package. And if not UGC NET, then you can do B.Ed for teaching in schools if your time permits.

Look, it all depends on one's capability of handling situations. A regular course degree surely gets more recognition and value in the market than a correspondence one, but as we all know that CA is one of the most the toughest courses in our country and it requires a lot of study and time of your daily life. So, if you think you can not manage time between the two, then I would suggest you to go for correspondence one.

After 12th Commerce, you can apply for below courses
1) B.Com
2) BBA
3) BBM
4) CA
5) CS etc.

If you choose any good college like graffiti institute of fashion technology, Indore, they will teach you basic drawing & observation skills in 1st year. So, there is no need to worry. Drawing skills can be acquired by right technique under good teachers and hard work by constant practice.
