No, you need to go through second year B.Com to get admission into Third year B.Com, you cannot skip one, if you have any gap in between.

ATMA is the entrance test to get admission in India and some of well-known colleges is also accepting ATMA and package will totally depend upon your competencies and skills you have against others.

You can go for Open University, which is IGNOU. It is connected with the ICAI (Institute of chartered accountants of India). Here, you can give your graduations exam along with CA, as a private student without interruption by the college. All the best.

You can go for M.Com and Ph.D to choose a good academic career, or you can go for MBA in financial markets for good job prospects in companies. Log in to some good websites to check details regarding Visvesveraya, Lovely Professional University, Chitkara, etc., or if you have patience, then you can go for CA, CS, CMA or CWA. You can't do CA in Australia, because it is an Indian concept. You can do ACCA, CFA CWA in Australia as these are also professional course like CA. All the best.
