If you are able to complete B.Com LLB with CS, then you have both the options open. Either to go for a regular job or even you can start your own consultancy firm. To get admission in IPU, first you have to apply for the entrance exam. After clearing that exam, you have to appear for the counseling and then you can finally get the B.Com honors.

I shall not recommend career options abroad just on the basis of class 12th/Senior School Certificate. However, doing Management/Commerce/Hotel Management courses, Bachelor's degree abroad can open better options in career.
