No, you cannot do CA without mathematics. Along with mathematics commerce is necessary for CA course.

You can do bachelor course after 10th, there are few universities which as BPP plus BA, BPP plus B.Com and BPP plus BBA option so if you want to do any bachelor program which I mentioned can be done through distance learning University. Only few universities have this BPP course.

To prepare for your CS exam, you need to follow the following:
1. Draft a schedule and stick to it.
2. Focus on your modules first rather than referring to thousands of other supplementary books.
