BBA is related to business related studies whereas B.Com is specifically related to commerce related subjects mainly focusing on accounts related subjects.

Yes, you can. The only thing is you should have atleast the subject which you want to pursue as a Hons subject. Like if you want to B.Sc. In IT that if you had a subject in 12th computer it would be better. Moreover mathematics is required.
