If have 7.9cgpa in 10th, 54% in 12th, 45 %in B.Com I can give XAT exam in 2019 can I do MBA and which college accepted XAT and low %in.

Yes, only if you have passed senior secondary exam. Then, you are eligible for various correspondence course. But, you cannot do regular course. You can do it through IGNOU and other universities.

After completing your 12th, you can do BBA or BBM with special subject finance where you can study both business studies and finance too and if you want to do masters, then after completing your course, you can do MBA in finance also.
