It depends on at what level you are doing a job of CA, as there are different packages of salary in CA on basis of level of job.

You can also take admission in DU which is best with any best quota. Otherwise, there are 11 cut off lists of DU, it may be easy for you to get admission in DU.

If you wish to complete Diploma in Banking after class 12th that will be a good option. But, if your circumstances allows you so please complete first graduation in Commerce, and then go for Diploma. That will give you a better career.
