You may have a chance in 2nd or 3rd cut-off as the 1st cut-off list is above 90 percent.

No, no college offers B.Com degree in one year. It is a three years' course across the country.

Hello Binit,
Yes. You are eligible to apply for B.Com in DU. If you are a Science student you should have 'either' of the core Commerce subjects - Maths and Economics for B.Com (H). If you are a commerce student, then that's even better.
