Yes, you can get college of your choice from IGNOU, as they take classes in colleges of DU in week days. Eligibility criteria for M.Com is graduation from any university. You can apply for M.Com, there is no age bar or no minimum Percentage required.

Hello, please approach any ICAI office nearby your location, and kindly get a prospectus, and fill it in order to get registration and pay your registration fees too, or else, go to official website of ICA, i.e, https://www.icai.org/new_post.html?post_id=8796 (direct link) to apply ir register for intermediate course of ICAI. Hi, if you want to get admission in DU colleges so following eligibility are necessary-
1. Math is compulsory to get admission in this college.
2. You have to pass your class 12th with 90% marks. Good luck.

Your child may pursue CS along with your B.Com/B.Com (Hons) graduation/B.Com(SOL). Company Secretary Course can very well be done along with your commerce graduation. However, you will have to wait till you complete your HSC Commerce with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
