This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. Each specialization requires specific personality traits & offers a separate career path. Since you are a Commerce graduate, you can pick up any specialization keeping in mind your personality traits.

Along with CA, you should prefer MBA with major in finance/capital markets.

As per my opinion and my knowledge, there are many good courses that you can select after completing your class 12th, like you can go for B.Tech or you can also go for B.Sc, or you can also go for BCA. Or BBA. And many more courses and can have a bright future ahead. All the best and have a great life ahead.

There various options are available for you after class 12th. You can apply for NDA exam, 10+2 based and other options is after graduation. But, my suggestion is that you can join in NCC after class 12th, and after completion of NCC, you should try for SSB by direct interview based.

Yes, you can appear for NDA exam in class 11th and the first post rank given is Lieutenant in officers.

Yes, definitely you can join through graduate entries. For joining Indian Army, you have many ways. After class 12th, you can apply for NDA TES entries. After graduation, you can apply for CDSE, NCC, UES, TGC, ACC, SCO, PCSl. In all above case, you have to clear SSB interview to get selected. Also, eligibility for all entries is different.
