Yes, you can, if you have a good conceptual clarity regarding the subjects. It will be easy for a CA students to clear the costing subject of CS executive, if the students gets good marks in CA IPCC group 1 in cost & accounts and have conceptual knowledge.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then M.Com/CA is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. Some other career options that you can explore are:
1. Pursue LLB and practice law.
2. Pursue CS and become a company secretary.
3. Pursue CFA and become a financial analyst.
4. Purse B.Ed and become a teacher.
