In Delhi University, you can apply for SOL from where you will get degree of University of Delhi and need not to attend college. So, this is a good platform to get a degree from a reputed institutions.

If the course is available, then of course, you can do it. But I would not suggest pursuing an Integrated course as it you will have to commit to it and you may not be able to change it later. Hence, I would suggest thinking about it before you take admission.

CS has better placement than IT. Information Technology is only related to Networking. Computer Science covers all aspect of Computer Science and is more in demand than IT.

It completely depend on how you score in your qualifying exam. Answer is very simple. The more you score, chances are more. The less you get chances will be also less.

If you are interested in marketing and advertising, then you can go for MBA programme in marketing or any equivalent degree or Diploma in marketing to enhance your skill of marketing and please pursue this as your career if you are really interested in this as it is the only thing which will make you excel in your career. No, it is not equivalent, PGDM and MBA will always have a slight difference, but both the courses are valid and have importance in placements.
