Kindly provide more details to the question for better understanding. Ideally, it is not feasible, could you please mention why do you wish to switch your course when you are already in 1st semester of B.Com.

After completing your 12th, you can do BBA or BBM with special subject finance where you can study both business studies and finance too and if you want to do masters, then after completing your course, you can do MBA in finance also.

After completing your UG and PG in commerce, you can go for short-term certification or Diploma course in psychology.
