Hi,
There is no such problem to pursue company secretary. Foundation programme can be pursued by 10+2 pass or equivalent students of arts, science or commerce stream (Excluding Fine Arts).

If you want to study little harder and pass the PUC, then it is one of the good options. If you wish to not do that and want to take it from 10th qualification, then you may consider Diploma in varied options such as engineering, hotel, hospitality and travel - tourism management, fashion designing, interior designing, fine arts, beauty culture, animation to name a few.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. Since you are a B.Com you would not be able to take admission in MCA as you would be required to have a BCA first. However, based on your interest you can join private institutes who offer such courses affiliated to international institutes/boards to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.
