Before searching for colleges you should firstly select a course which you want to pursue, then choose your college and university. There are multiple courses which can be pursued by commerce candidates, so be self-aware about what you want to do in future.

Your skills are more important than the college when we talk about CS branch. College takes the second place and skills are to be showcased to get a job. You can join this college, it is a decent option.

Since you have completed B.Com, I would suggest you to go for Masters of Commerce (M.Com).
Masters in Commerce is the most popular course after B.Com. M.Com. This is a 2 year course wherein students can choose their specialization from the following subjects:
Finance
Accounting
Economics
Taxation
Business

You need to have post-graduation in commerce for admission in Ph.D accounts.
