This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, then M.Com is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. You can also pursue LL.B. to pursue a career in Law.

Dear Ananya,
Yes, you can get admission in M.Com at Dibrugarh University.
There are 2 M.Com courses i.e. M.Com in Finance and M.com in Marketing.
The eligibility is that you should be B.Com with at least 45% marks in Major or at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of General Course and On the basis of merit or entrance test conducted by the University.

Dear Ankita,
Yes, you can pursue any master course if you are B.Com graduate but that should be of either commerce stream or of Arts stream. Only one entrance exam you have to give in the respective college or university, if applicable.

No, Wilson College, Mumbai doesn't provide any Masters course in commerce, hence, it is offering only Bachelors courses.
You could look after for another good colleges
