What is the maximum package we can have in CS branch? What is the average package if I am getting decent scores every semester?

The highest package can go as high as 12 to 18 LPA. But the average remains at around 5-6 LPA. Decent scores are fine but most of the time they do not have any significant value. I have seen students scoring less but getting a good package because of their aptitude and communication skills.

Is a B.Com degree from IGNOU, ICAI and MOU recognised by the B-Schools in Singapore?

Hi,
IGNOU degrees are recognized world-wide, however, universities have their own admission protocols. Singapore B-schools may require an additional verification which you will know if you enquire with them directly.

No, there is no such possibility. You can switch a college under the same university if the university allows, but you can switch a university altogether.
