For doing job in other countries you need to study about their country or you need to know how is there process about accounting and all for that you need to do MBA in international markets or finance and then the company can hire you for doing the job.

Do 3-year degree +3 year. Experience +4 subjects. You become CA. Pass rate is 71% to 95% for these 4 subjects. You will study in a college and enjoy your social life. Work in 10 countries. This course is eligible to become PR. Salary Rs. 60L /year if you do not want to do 4 subjects. You have degree, with which you will work as finance manager etc. Still you become PR abroad. BBA is best one if want to do MBA and you can do with B.Com or B.Sc. Now you are going to change your stream please checkout the syllabus of MBA. You will come to know what is good for you. As I know this is quite related to B.Com.
