There various options are available for you after class 12th. You can apply for NDA exam, 10+2 based and other options is after graduation. But, my suggestion is that you can join in NCC after class 12th, and after completion of NCC, you should try for SSB by direct interview based.

Yes, you can appear for NDA exam in class 11th and the first post rank given is Lieutenant in officers.

Yes, definitely you can join through graduate entries. For joining Indian Army, you have many ways. After class 12th, you can apply for NDA TES entries. After graduation, you can apply for CDSE, NCC, UES, TGC, ACC, SCO, PCSl. In all above case, you have to clear SSB interview to get selected

For joining Indian Navy you can apply for various entries such as:
NDA (after class 12)
UES
10+2 B.Tech entry (through JEE Mains score)
NCC Special Entry
SSC entry
NDA (after class 12)

No, you can’t get admission in any of the IIMs, where eligibility is a UG Degree with minimum 50% marks and a CAT Score with 99+ percentile.
