You can certainly pursue the post-graduate diploma in event management from NIEM after completing your graduation. Any graduate from a recognized university is eligible to apply for this course.

Most places do not offer B.Ed in distance and Calcutta University has recently tightened rules regarding attendance. You can do the courses simultaneously if you find a course that suits you. It will be taxing certainly but might be worth your time.

Mitibai College is the next top most college in Mumbai after St. Xaviers. It has better placements, good faculty members and good environment. No doubt, its best college in Mumbai just check up if admissions are going on now or closed.

No, you shouldn't give up on your graduation studies at all. Talk to the concerned authorities of your college and re-appear for those exams. You may also request for revaluation if you think your exams went well. Leaving studies is not a solution, in fact, it will be a very bad decision.
