It does not needed to take one more year time to prepare for universities for B.Com try to get admission in the nearby government college and attend class so please try to rush to nearby college for B.Com admission but if you want to take admission in a private college, then please comment and I will provide you proper details.

Hi dear ,
for integrated CA course in south India do visit the Shiksha Portal from the link given below
https://www.shiksha.com/accounting-commerce/course/b-com-in-ca-and-cs-integrated-st-joseph-s-degree-and-pg-college-sjdpgc-king-koti-hyderabad-247159 . Sri Ram college has no ca integrated with b com course.
lots of colleges have CA integrated with B.com Hons.

B.Com(Hons) is available here in MLSU for both general and Management quota with total 40 seats.
For general quota, total fees is Rs. 60000 for 3 years
For management quota, total fees is Rs. 1.2 lakhs for 3 years.

To be honest and clear, your focus must be on CS completely for upcoming examinations but at the same time you need to be aware with the syllabus of final year B.Com. You will get gaps between B.Com exams which you can definitely utilize and make up for. No company bothers about your B.Com score. All that matters is that you are a graduate or not and how many skills you have.
