A CMA student who is working or has already worked in any of the recognised organizations as given in Appendix A and in any of the recognised areas as given in Appendix B, can claim exemption from practical training by following the procedure mentioned on its official website here under point number 3 http://icmai.in/studentswebsite/training_prac_train.php.

The minimum eligibility to apply for the course is that the candidates must have passed in 10+2 with at least 60% marks for All India Quota (minimum 45% for Rajasthan State) candidates. Selection will be done on the basis of academic merit in 10+2 followed by counseling.
The candidates may apply online through the official link given on the website or through offline by purchasing the form from one of the constituent colleges of the university.

No that does not happen. If you wish to pursue a regular college later, you will have to begin from the scratch, i.e, from 1st year only.

No UG course can be completed in 2 years. All UG courses are of minimum 3 years duration. So you will need to complete that first. The post graduation courses like MBA, M.Com etc. Are of 2 years duration that you can pursue after completing your graduation. Remember, there are no shortcuts in education, career or success.

GATE requires Bachelor's degree holders in Engineering / Technology / Architecture (4 years after 10+2/ Post-B.Sc. / Post-Diploma) and those who are in the final year of such programs, SO POST B.Sc. You have to do Bachelor's degree. So choose wisely try to select top universities like Amity University, Lovely Professional Universities, Thapar University, SRM Universities so that you can complete graduation and you are GATE preparation.
