Dear,
It all depends upon merit list and students. Sometimes, there are vacant seats but usually there is a rare chance that any seat will be vacant. So it's better to apply in private universities or have a gap of one year and clear your compartment and then apply for the good college.

Yes, you can pursue MBA in any specialisation regardless of any commerce background. Students from various fields like B.Tech CSE, B.Tech mechanical and many other pursue MBA. But one must clear an equivalent test for admission. One must have a good percentile or rank in CMAT, XAT or CAT. In some private universities these test are not compulsory, they have their own test for eligibility and sometimes these CAT like test are used for giving scholarship according to rank and score.

BJB Autonomous College, Bhubaneswar, Odhisa has no criteria for UG admission except +2 pass marksheet. There is no faculty for BBA course in BJB.
