PGDAV College is the best among above colleges. Because Most of the strength is of commerce students. Faculty members are experienced and it has very effective learning. Commuting mode are available via bus and metro both. So, I suggest you to go with PGDAV College.

A Company Secretary degree under ICSI with a job experience of about 3-4 years gives a variety of opportunities abroad. Many Company Secretaries are already working in various countries like the US, Canada, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Middle-east, Africa, etc. With their research and legal bent of mind, their employers have recognized their professional skill sets. They also possess managerial capabilities and analytical skills. 1. Diploma course in securities law which is of 1 year and provided by various law colleges in Mumbai it is provided by government law college.
2. You can also learn a foreign language which is used in corporate world such as german or French which will again be a value addition to a company Secretary
3. NCFM courses well there are many modules in it which you can do according to your choices I would like to suggests for a company secretary is. Corporate governance module and compliance officer module.

CIMA is also a very valuable qualification. However, CIMA is equally valuable and has its own benefits, although it is niche as it focuses on management accounting. You can pursue ACCA/CIMA+BBA simultaneously and then opt for MBA if all circumstances permit.

You can prepare for anything, CA or ICWA, or CS and you may even prepare for various other Entrance Exams, like CAT Banking Exams, LIC Exams, etc. The syllabus of CA/CS/ICWA overlaps with BBA to some extent. And with BBA. You'll have more time to prepare for other Competitive exams, since the subjects are quite easy and there are only a few technical subjects in the whole course, so you don't have to run for coaching (like in case of B.Com.).

It does not needed to take one more year time to prepare for universities for B.Com try to get admission in the nearby government college and attend class so please try to rush to nearby college for B.Com admission but if you want to take admission in a private college, then please comment and I will provide you proper details.

for integrated CA course in south India do visit the Shiksha Portal from the link given below
https://www.shiksha.com/accounting-commerce/course/b-com-in-ca-and-cs-integrated-st-joseph-s-degree-and-pg-college-sjdpgc-king-koti-hyderabad-247159 . Sri Ram college has no ca integrated with b com course.
lots of colleges have CA integrated with B.com Hons.
