No, you can do a certificate course only. Read "IGNOU COMMON PROSPECTUS" carefully (Simultaneous Registration clause).

Yes, you can teach commerce in schools. Choosing education and mathematics in B.Ed doesn't matter for that. But you must have knowledge in the subject of commerce for teaching commerce in schools.

You can speak with the MDU officials if they can allow admission on the basis of a provisional degree/certificate. Most institutes accept a provisional degree in the absence of an actual degree.
