To become an Income Tax Officer, one should first of all enter the Income Tax Department as Income Tax Inspector or Tax Assistant. Then they can get promotion to the designation of Income Tax Officer after qualifying the departmental examination. As a view of your point you are asking about entrance exam of B.Com mainly if are seeking a top level college then may it process through exam but not all college the portion of exam mainly is the 12 th class syllabus and current affair's not more than that okay if you are satisfied field then it's fine if not then you can leave a comment of your ought.

The eligibility for this course is scored at least 60% (for general category) in your 12th class from a recognized board or university.
Other eligibility criteria:

Hi,
There is some formula to calculate loss of hearing in percentage terms for evaluation of hearing disability.
The formula is:
Loss of hearing in decibels in better ear -25*1.5
HD=X-25*1.5
here X is loss of hearing in decibel terms
SupposeIf u have 52 db loss in better ear
Then
HD=52-25*1.5
=40%
SO with 52 db loss in your better your considered eligIsle under partially hearing impaired
