Yes, you are eligible for admission in Vikram University or any university for that matter. If you have completed your 10+2 from a recognized education board, even if it is an open university, you are eligible to apply for all UG courses.

Yes, you can apply for the college, as the eligibility for the same is candidate must have completed 10+2 from recognized Board or Council.

Hi Shweta,The fee structure for commerce courses in Delhi University 2017 can change according to the ranking of the college compared to that of other colleges. Delhi University fee for commerce courses is basically dependent on the quality, standard of college, faculty members and infrastructure. Slight changes are visible in the fee structure for B.Com and B.Com (Hons) courses in some colleges. Sri Ram College of Commerce - INR 29,793 (B.Com Hons)
