No. For applying in PGDM you need graduation marks as it is a post graduation course. So it won't take the marks of another post graduation course for admission. A minimum of 50% is required in graduation to apply for Iims.

I am sorry, but Maths is compulsory for B.Com Hons, and you have compartment in that subject. So, it is difficult to get admission, but yes you may try after clearing the compartment exam.
