There is no chance for you to take engineering without PCM/PCBM stream. But you can take engineering abroad if you have good knowledge of maths and Science. But I would advise you not to take engineering, you cannot cope up with others.

You are eligible for doing a degree course. You have 50% in your plus two thus your admission is based on the college cut-off percentage and the percentage score in the admission process. The procedures are:
You must register yourself in a university for your degree programme. The university publishes its status and based on its status, you can move ahead with the with degree programme.

Dear friend, There are certain opportunities are there. But if you ready to take PG, then there is chances are high in placements. If you not looking for PG programme, then you have lots of other placements are there in various corporates like Wipro, Bajaj etc. If you looking for premium placements it is necessary to go for PG and get it. All the best.
