For pursuing CA you only need +2 level in academics. This is for being able to give the entrance examination. Sit for Common Proficiency Course (CPC). Exams are conducted twice in a year, May and Nov. Once you pass you are enrolled as a Student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and on your way to a CA degree.
