Here is the eligibility criteria to pursue D.Pharmacy:
1. Minimum 17 years of age and maximum 23 years on or before 31st December 2018.
2. Pass in plus two examination with 50% in physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects along with mathematics or biology.
3. Pass in D.Pharma course from an institution approved by Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
4. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. As you do not fit any of the above criteria, you cannot apply for this course.

That depends on what you've done for your Bachelors and where your interests are. If you're looking just for a qualification then it won't really matter where you do it from, but if you really want to grow in life then doing it from a well-known and good university would make a huge difference. If you have done business for graduation then you can do post-graduation in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, banking, finance, economics, etc.
