Hi Aman,
Both the courses are different and have different pros and cons. The Polytechnic courses started to provide employment at the age of 18. Initially, students who wanted to start earning early to support the family used to opt for these courses. But this trend has changed over the years. Regards.

Hi Shalini, With 63.2% it is difficult to crack any good college. But every college is different and hence there admission criteria also varies. Do not lose your hope apply for the course in which you want to enroll, there are many colleges where the admission is based on counselling and personal interview. You need to check the eligibility criteria of the college before applying and you can check the same on their website. Regards.

To be eligible for a Diploma program or a certificate course, a student is required to have passed minimum 12th standard from ICSE/CBSE or any equivalent examination from a recognized university/board.
The last year cutoff was 90% for B.Com program, so there are less chances but there are many good institutes where you can apply for the admission.
Best of luck.

Hi Mohit!
The basic eligibility for admission to any of the B.Com. programs is a pass in Higher Secondary School examination with Maths and English as core subjects. However, different universities release cut-offs. Cut-offs largely depend on the performance of students in the 10+2 exams and the number of qualified students applying to the course. Though there is no work experience required for the course, students with work experience can also apply.

Hi dear,
Well, congratulations on your excellent result.
Based upon the previous year's cutoffs and current year's result, I'm sure that you will definitely get admission in B.Com (Hons.) in GCCBA. Initially, you might have to wait for the second list but you will get it in end.
Good luck!
