Hi Nisarga,
It depends on where your interest lies. Both are great streams. If you are more inclined towards computers, you should go for BBA in computer application. If Import and export, Outsourcing, Trade of goods and services between two countries and such things interest you, you should opt for BBA in international business.

If you are making a fresh change in your name, something that you have never done before, then yes it might be detrimental in many things. It will raise a conflict in your name in other documents. In such a case, either refrain from making such a change or make the same change in all other documents.

Yes, you are eligible for admission in Vikram University or any university for that matter. If you have completed your 10+2 from a recognized education board, even if it is an open university, you are eligible to apply for all UG courses.
