For admission into any MBA college, they will check your graduation marks. Most of the college keep minimum 60% criteria.

After being a commerce graduate you'll mostly get jobs in the corporate sectors. There, after 1-2 years of experience, you can take up an MBA degree to get better prospects. Hope this helps.

As per the last year's cut-off for the course you asked, it went up to the rank 5332. Sorry, but I don't think there are any chances that you will get admission in this course at MSIT.

I think you have the wrong information about the courses offered by this college. As per their official website, there are only 4 courses.
1. B.Sc
2. BA
3. MA Hindi
4. M.Sc Maths
B.Com is not offered by this college.

In terms of scope, you can apply to any organisation for the post of an accountant which require skills such as keeping track of their profit and loss of their company, etc. For such type of jobs, you should have strong knowledge of core subjects. Dear,
Graduate in any discipline i.e Science, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, etc., is eligible to get admission in MCA provided he should have studied mathematics as one of the subjects in +2 level or studied mathematics at least for one year in undergraduate level. A BCA pass out is also eligible for MCA.
