Firstly, it depends on your category.
If you belong to general category, you can't get admission in any north campus college.
But you have a chance to get admission in off-campus colleges such as Satyawati Evening College,
Swami Shraddhanand College, etc.
For further information, you can visit DU website and have a look at the last year's cut-off.

Commerce is about trading and management MS how to manage the things. No one cannot set up a large business.

You can do:CA
Company secretary
Cost and management accounting
B.Com honors
BBA
BMS.

I think that after B.Com, you should go to MBA with IIM.

You can get a good college. It also depends on this year's cut-off of IPU.

Go for CS directly. Doing any auxillary course without UG is meaningless.

CS is doubtful but for IT, you may check out last year's cut-off and get an idea.
You may have to wait till the institution rounds.
Also, it depends on the overall result.
Keep checking the college website regularly once the results are out.
