Good evening dear,
In most of the cases, the institutes conduct their own entrance tests for admission so that grade plays a major role in the process of admission.
But if the institute has 12th grades in priority then test is not necessarily conducted and admission is not possible in that case.

There are many wonderful universities in London that you can choose. I am still willing to write an answer to this even after seeing the timeline when the question was posted. The reason is I have a friend who studied in the UK and was placed in a very good company. Do get good grades and get admission in one of the best universities in the UK.

Yes, it is one of the best career options after B.Com. But I will recommend you to go for MBA entrances like CAT, XAT, MAT, etc. These exams help you get great colleges for MBA.
