No, you won't be eligible for taking admission in any of the B-Schools without appearing in any of the competitive exams like mat, CMAT, CAT, XAT, CET etc. but yes if you are thinking to pursue distance MBA than no competitive exams are needed.

As you said that you have completed your graduation so according to ICAI you can directly give IPCC for CA course there is no need to give CA entrance i.e CPT.

Please check for your eligibility to pursue a course in CA from the criteria mentioned below:
A Candidate who has passed the 10th examination conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India (or an examination recognised by the Central Government as equivalent thereto) can register for the Common Proficiency Test (CPT) of the CA programme.
