Every course has own need and importance, it is depend on you. If you want bank manager then you should take admission in PG Diploma in banking and if you want go corporate world then you should go with finance or CMA. BCA is a purely application based programme, where you do programing designing of web, mobile applications and learn only computer related subjects. But different universities have different curriculum. Hi Kiran,
Every college has a different admission criteria. Some conduct their own entrance exam, while others might accept ISAT and CLAT score. You will have to check that with the college where you wish to take admission in.

Yes, you are eligible for outside quota. On Panjab university site you will find an undergraduate form for B.Com. Fill it up and you are eligible for every college which is under PU.
