You can simply do any graduation with commerce background, so you need not do any specific degree to do CFA.

Hi,
For B.Com (Hons) under IP University, there are around 2,600 seats. However, there is a lot of state reservation which amounts to 85% of seats being reserved for Delhi students. And, then other reservations. So, you get around 8% to 10% seats left.
