Well, the minimum percentage required for appearing in CAT is 50% for general and 45% for reserved category. However, if you are a general category student, you are ineligible to give the exam itself. With such percentage, the truth is bitter. All the other good options won't be available at such a score, except you have chances of getting in private institution.

Actually, B.Com (Hons) requires a merit base marks, and an entrance exam is required for joining the college. All the college conduct exam, as per their condition, but mainly maths is required as a main subject to it.

Firstly, you need to complete Bachelor's degree in order to opt for any Master's degree, be it MBA/PGDM M.Com M.Sc etc. Thereafter, for admission in IIM, you must write CAT in order to qualify for the interview rounds.
