Your daughter has many options if she chooses commerce as she can take commerce with computer science, she can choose commerce with business maths and after finishing the commerce course she can take up graduation courses like B.Com, BBA or BA.

Hi Ahtisham!
After completion of graduation in B.Com there are countless career options one can opt for. However, only having a graduation degree in commerce does not solve the purpose. To face the severe competition in the world, and to assure a decent job, one further needs to opt for either post-graduation or a professional course. You may refer to this link to find all the post graduate courses that you can pursue after B.Com https://www.shiksha.com/accounting-commerce/articles/course-options-after-b-com-blogId-12939.

You don't have to worry about filling out forms for college now. It starts around April-May. So, when you are in class 12th, then just make sure you have a clear concept of the syllabus you learned in +2. So, you can do well in entrances apart from the Merit based system. Look out for entrances, as they take place during May and as far as DU is concerned, the cut offs come out in late May or early June.
