ACCA certified are preferred in those firms which are MNCs, global firms and consulting firms (Like Deloitte, PWC, EnY, etc.). It is because these firms follow global accounting practices in their day to day work. And, please understand that Indian Accounting Standards are a little different from GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Are you saying that you missed the exam? In which month did you miss it, was it during November or May-June session? In your marksheet, it will be marked as absent and not an arrear as you have missed only one exam. Also, you can give it in the next term when your juniors will be writing the same subjects' exams. And, you only need to appear for that single subject.
