Yes, PR is the best career for you it seems. Women do very well in PR. PR would top charts among equal employment opportunity sectors, countered Yadav. The creme de la creme of the industry in India and overseas are a well-balanced mixture of men and women. We do prefer women, admits Gopu, perhaps because many PR functions require soft skills commonly associated with women. After 18 years, it remains a challenge for me to recruit men to join our team. B.Com is a Bachelor's degree. In my opinion, Tally is no way helpful in completing a degree. I think tally software learning is not a part of the syllabus. So, Tally is not at all important in your studies. But If you want to work as an accountant, or as a finance professional, tally knowledge is highly desirable, because many of the business implement Tally ERP 9 as their accounting or business administration software. Nowadays, Tally is a complete payroll software, so you will need it if you want to be an HR professional also.

UPSC conducts civil services exam every year for the posts of IAS, IPS, IRS, etc. For Civil Services exam, you need graduation in a stream with any percentage.
So you can apply for Civil Services Exam after graduation (B.Com) or you can also apply for Civil Services exam while appearing in final year of graduation.
Eligibility Criteria For Civil Services:
>you must have completed or appeared in final year of graduation.
>your age must be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 August of the year of exam. there is relaxation in upper age limit up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

You will have to appear for CAT.
Regular Candidates:
- The valid score in the Common Admissions Test (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management.
- Graduates (or professional qualification equivalent to that of a university degree recognized by the UGC) in any discipline with first class or 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PD) earned in their degree from a recognized/reputed university.
- Final year students (of the above-mentioned programme) are also eligible to apply. Such candidates, if selected, will be admitted provisionally, on the condition that they meet all requirements for the qualifying degree before the start of the program

Both the courses MBA finance and ICWA (Cost Accountancy) are good in their own way.
MBA in finance is the course which will empower your knowledge in the area of finance plus in business management.
If MBA in finance (Regular) is done from a reputed institute then it can place you in a very good company or organisation as all the reputed MBA institutions provide campus placement opportunity.
But doing MBA from any institute will not enhance your career in any way.
Doing MBA from a reputed B-School is important.
