Your eligibility depends on your credibility. There are two ways to get admission. Direct way or by passing the entrance exam. It takes a high rank to get a seat in SRCC (top 20, as I've heard). Hi, Typically, maths is required, if you had maths you can be eligible. Most colleges also require a minimum of 55% in 12th. Check the eligibility criteria for different colleges and prepare.

Hi riya u cannot do two degrees at a same time as per UGC rules only one u can do and for UPSC any one degree is required to do UPSC.

Yes the application forms were out on 2nd February itself and the last date to apply is March 5. Please apply as early as possible as you are already short of time. You can apply online as well as offline.
