It is all upto you, how you want to pan up your life.
Experience of a job will surely help you in some way or the other and MBA will be an addition in knowing about the various job opportunities.
Pursuing an MBA without any experience is also fine.
Choice is upto you, think about your future and other prospects.

Hello Abi,
For UG courses, Loyola is not co-ed (except for French, viscom and BMM). Only for the post graduate courses, girls can apply.

MBA from IIM will make you enter directly into Senior Management of Companies and provide higher chances of getting promoted. Salary packages will be completely dependent on from which IIM you pursue PGDM also for which company you apply. Mostly, the packages will be higher than 20 Lakhs.

Hi,
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need:
- Graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply.
- Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e.g. CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT
