Since you haven't even completed your 1st year, you are not eligible for lateral entry in any another college.
You will have to go through the whole admission process all over again in your desired college.

The eligibility criteria required for applying to a BBA course in India is:
1)The candidates applying for BBA programme should be Class XII passed.
2) The candidate should be an Indian National.
3) The minimum age of applicants should be 17 years while maximum age limit is 22 years.
4) The candidate Should have secured minimum 40% in Class XII or in the equivalent exam.
