D.Ted is Diploma and B.Ed is a Bachelor's degree. As you have completed your graduation, you are advised to do B.Ed. with this, you can apply for TGT in future.

You can directly go for the Master's degree, but there are few reputed colleges who may ask you to take a six months foundation year course for the same.

You can improve on your skills by practicing math problems everyday. You will get better over time. Not being good at something should not be a deterrent to your aspirations. Practice daily and your skills will improve over time. Although CA courses require some hard number crunching, you will definitely learn the skills required over time.

Hello,
I doubt your eligibility for admission in a Canadian university, a three year degree is not easily accepted, also the desired program needs related education background and work experience. You should still check the university's websites for entry requirements such as University of British Columbia, Dalhousie University etc.
