Hi,
According to your query I would recommend executive MBA programme from good universities especially in finance specialisation or International business will help you to change the domain and profile, accounting line will not give you good salary options and immediate growth.

B.Com from Symbiosis as it is international institute so you can get a chance for further course as you will be the part of that institute so you get the preference.

The question should be like who should do M.com. If you want to pursue your career as a Ph.D Scholar, or you want to go for teaching, then M.Com is helpful. After M.Com, you can study for NET/JRF and qualify for assistant professor or lectureship. Also, if you want to do B.Ed, a degree in M.Com is an added advantage.
